Bio
Gillian represents states in litigation against 3M and DuPont for pollution of the environment with PFAS “forever chemicals.” She also represents states in cases nationwide against Monsanto for PCBs pollution. Gillian previously clerked for the Honorable William K. Sessions III of the District of Vermont (2022-2023).
Gillian graduated summa cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2022, received a master’s in Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment in 2022, and earned a B.S. from Cornell University in 2018 where she graduated magna cum laude with distinction in research.
