Pawa Law Group, P.C. represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters.
Our general litigation practice involves commercial litigation, personal injury cases, class actions/mass torts, and real estate litigation. We have represented a large, corporation in a dispute regarding construction of multi-million dollar telecommunications tower involving breaches of professional standards and complex issues of real estate law; we settled the case for our client on favorable terms on the eve of trial. We represent injured persons in a wide variety of personal injury cases for recovery of substantial monetary damages against wrongdoers, including successful cases dealing with product liability. We represented a paper mill worker in Maine who suffered permanent mental and physical injuries from exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas; this client had been turned down by several law firms when he came to us and we settled the case -- one of the first ever to address hydrogen sulfide poisoning -- on favorable terms. We brought personal injury cases arising from the prescription drugs Seroquel and Zyprexa on behalf of numerous individuals and, working with attorneys nationwide, settled the cases on favorable terms for our clients. We have handled class actions for consumers and successfully resolved such cases on favorable terms. We have handled trials in numerous courts, including virtually all Massachusetts courts, state courts in other states, and federal court.
The common thread that runs through all these cases is a relentless focus on winning cases in court. Other firms are highly specialized but lack the courtroom experience to bring the case home. We master the facts and the law relevant to each of our cases. Our expertise is in presenting the client's story in compelling terms for judge and jury, regardless of the subject matter or legal area.
